Otis and Associates consists of principals with over 35 years of experience with operations and management of community associations.

Scott Otis has been a senior manager with two large property management companies in their most exclusive communities. His experience with these communities became the beginning of Otis and Associates. Scott has an MBA and is a certified community association manager (CCAM) through the California Associations of Community Managers (CACM). Scott is also a past President and board member of multiple associations.

Tina Volpe, PCAM, CMCA has been a principal of a management company in Orange County since 1987. Tina has managed onsite operations of numerous large-scale planned developments with onsite offices, as well as directing internal operation for the management company. She has a B.A., and is a certified professional community association manager (PCAM) through Community Associations Institute (CAI) and a certified manager of community associations.

David Friedman brings considerable finance and management experience to Otis and Associates. David is a former V.P. of Security Pacific Bank and Wells Fargo Bank, as well as a principal in a Toronto-based manufacturing concern. David holds a B.A. in Finance and has an active real estate license with EcoBroker, GRI, and ePRO designations. His knowledge in applying technology and finance expertise prove invaluable to Otis and Association.
